Man Builds Second Paradise Island That Floats On Empty Bottles

I absolutely love people like Richie Sowa, the creator of this personal island. He built his paradise in 1998, which was destroyed later by a hurricane. His island was a bamboo and pine structure that literally floated on 250,000 plastic bottles, which are attached as shown:

I’ve never even think that anybody would attempt something like this! This picture was in Germany, of a building with a rather elaborate draining system. Thankfully it’s drainage… and not sewage.

This road painters mishap was spotted on a small street near a elementary school in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I guess that’s another way to teach kids how to spell. Hilarious!
