1. Stop taking so much notice of how you feel. How you feel is how you feel. It’ll pass soon. What you’re thinking is what you’re thinking. It’ll go too. Tell yourself that whatever you feel, you feel; whatever you think, you think. Since you can’t stop yourself thinking, or prevent emotions from arising in your mind, it makes no sense to be proud or ashamed of either. You didn’t cause them. Only your actions are directly under your control. They’re the only proper cause of pleasure or shame.

2. Let go of worrying. It often makes things worse. The more you think about something bad, the more likely it is to happen. When you’re hair-trigger primed to notice the first sign of trouble, you’ll surely find something close enough to convince yourself it’s come.

    I suppose this applies to Countries as well as individuals. Maybe we should stop taking so many opinion polls to find out “how we feel”. I wish more ‘news’ said something positive and stopped being our “inner critic”. We should “ignore what the world thinks of us”, we can’t please them anyway (unless we give them money or ignore their all bad deeds).

    Personality’s are just limitations we put on ourselves, we are who we are the only person whose bringing us down is ourselves. I just notice that now… it’s quite better being simply you than a trait we think we are and live complicatedly and doubtfully… not like it’s a bad thing though I mean were free to do what we want too… the conclusion of our actions seals our destiny’s …. but well thats just my opinion though ^_^!
