10 Tips to a better Lifestyle

Body

1. Go to sleep an hour earlier tonight, it seems like it isn’t worth it, but just try it… you’ll be way better the next day.

2. Only sleep while in bed, doing anything else, including reading, trains your body to stay awake and do these activities rather than sleep when you get in bed!

3. Smoking and alcohol. Have you ever looked at someone who has smoked for 10 years? Have you seen the black teeth, the constant coughing or the impossibility to complete a sentence without coughing. They are smokers. The first Cigarette is the start. Those black teeth are the finish line.

Soul

4. Learn to say “NO”, and plan an answer for when peer pressure (this applies to adults and teens alike) finally takes hold.

5. Pray everyday, sometimes you don’t even need words. Just let God feel you through your heart. Let everything out.

6. If anything is bothering you, just pray. This one you can’t explain. Just give it a shot.

Brain

7. Always read, even if it’s that surfing magazine. Reading makes you smarter, but remember, if all you do is read a fashion magazine, all you can talk about is fashion. How boring is that after 2 hours on the phone? Read a wide variety of things!

8. Exercise your brain all the time, try and keep track of all the people who enter and leave the restaurant when you’re bored. Remember which clothes they wear, give them names (like rich blonde dude). It may seem like no work at all but it keeps your mind awake and sharp.

Heart

9. Even if you hate Mr. Bean, watch any comedy movie at least once every 2 weeks. Everyone loves to laugh, and it’s the best medicine and stress relief money can buy. Good news, you don’t need money to have a laugh!

10. If you’re angry, ask someone if you could let off some steam together. Start a friendly shouting contest, and see who can shout the loudest. Or just go with a friend and talk about anything, other than work or talk about what made you angry. After 15 minutes you’ll be relaxed and ready.
