First of all, in order to make sure you are being paid fairly, you SHOULD know others' wages. This is legal, and therefore you have every right to know. It is bad for morale when someone finds out they are being descriminated against. Also, you have the same mentality as many others....it's just work, don't take it too seriously. Unfortunately, the slackers have made it to the top just because they don't cause any "waves". Those are the people who really care about the company and take pride in their work. This is a terrible article - except for the drinking and getting it in writing part. Who thought this one up?
